Video terms and conditions
All images and videos you submit must comply with New Zealand law in compliance with International laws. You agree:

1. You will not submit any content that Global Advertising Internet Network and GAIN Global Trader considers misleading, deceptive, defamatory, infringes on a third party’s intellectual property or is otherwise objectionable.
2. You will disable annotations and the Advertising Feature on all videos so that no other paid content appears on Global Advertising Internet Network and GAIN Global Trader.
3. Videos must not be used to exclusively promote an individual seller, business, agent or agency and must include content relating to the specific item or property advertised.
4. In addition to your obligations under Global Advertising Internet Network and GAIN Global Trader’s terms and conditions, and any other agreement between you and Global Advertising Internet Network and GAIN Global Trader, you release, indemnify and keep indemnified Global Advertising Internet Network and GAIN Global Trader from and against all actions, claims, costs (including legal costs and expenses), losses, proceedings, damages, liabilities, or demands suffered or incurred by us to any person arising out of or in connection with your failure to comply with the above.
5. Global Advertising Internet Network and GAIN Global Trader uses YouTube API services for video content. If you include video content in your listing you're agreeing to the YouTube terms of service and the Google privacy policy.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the restriction or termination of your ability to add content to Global Advertising Internet Network and GAIN Global Trader.
